Not for emergencies

Aasaanop is not an emergency service. If someone has chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of a stroke, severe bleeding, a serious injury, loss of consciousness or any other emergency, call 108 or 112 now or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.

Aasaanop does not give medical advice

Doctors, hospitals, clinics, labs and pharmacies on Aasaanop are independent Providers. Medical advice, diagnosis, treatment and prescriptions come from them and are their responsibility. Information in the app (such as doctor profiles, health tips, reminders, lab value trends and wait times) is general information, not a substitute for a consultation.

Online consultations and chat

Remote consultations suit follow-ups and conditions that do not need a physical examination. The doctor may ask you to come in person or go to hospital whenever that is safer. See the Teleconsultation & Digital Prescriptions terms.

AI-assisted features

Some features use artificial intelligence: for example turning a doctor's voice note into draft notes, reading an uploaded prescription, or flagging possible medicine interactions. These are aids for the doctor or pharmacist, who must check and approve the result. They are not a diagnosis and may contain mistakes.

Lab results

Reference ranges and high/low flags come from the lab. Discuss your results with your doctor; do not change or stop treatment on your own because of a result in the app.

Reviews and ratings

Ratings reflect the opinions of other users, not Aasaanop's endorsement of a Provider.
