1. What we deliver

Medicines from licensed partner pharmacies, and home sample collection for lab tests booked in the app. Aasaanop Technologies Private Limited runs the Platform; the pharmacy that fills your order sells and dispenses the medicines and its name, address and drug licence number appear on your invoice.

2. Where we deliver

Only in the areas shown in the app for your address. If your address is outside a pharmacy's delivery area, the app tells you before you order.

3. Prescription medicines

Medicines that need a prescription are dispensed only after the pharmacist checks a valid prescription. The pharmacist may call you, reduce the quantity to what the prescription allows, or decline the item. Schedule X medicines and narcotic or psychotropic substances are not sold through the Platform.

4. Delivery time and charges

The app shows the delivery charge and an estimated time before you pay. Times are estimates and depend on the pharmacy, stock, traffic and weather. You can follow the rider on the map once the order is picked up, and you share an OTP with the rider to receive it.

5. Receiving your order

Check the package and medicines at the door. Temperature-sensitive medicines are packed for cold-chain delivery. If nobody is at the address, the rider will call you; if the order still cannot be delivered, it goes back to the pharmacy and is refunded as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Home sample collection

For tests booked with home collection, the lab's collector visits in the time slot you chose. The collection fee is shown before you book.

7. Damaged, wrong or expired items

Tell us within 24 hours of delivery through the app, support@aasaanop.com or +91 89856 82548. After checking, we arrange a replacement or a refund.
